Support and Training
Training and support for the operational team will consist of but is not limited to the following:
• Full training in the use of equipment and chemicals. • On site training by Omi facilities for the employees.
Staffing levels
Omi Facilities ltd will supply sufficient staffing in line with client recommendations.
Staff will normally be recruited to work a five day shift pattern, working five days on and two days off.
All our staff are trained to a high standard and comply with Fire, Health & Safety regulations and Risk Assessment within the work place.
Supervision Our company will provide contract supervisors over a full seven day week with a daily working supervisor being recruited for the day to day management if required by the client.

Weekly management The Area Manager for Omi Facilities will on weekly basis carry out the following:
• random rooms check
• detail inspection of overall standard of cleaning at the facilities
• meeting with the Executive Housekeeper and General Manager to discuss and resolve any issues which may arise
Monthly management A random inspection of the client’s premises/hotel will take place by a Senior Manager of Omi Facilities .
We will arrange to meet with the General Manager or their appointed deputy to review the standards of the operation. |
